What Are Mylar Balloons (Foil)
Mylar balloons look like shiny silver metal when plain, although they are often printed. Mylar balloons are not porous, so air does not leak out of them easily, as long as they are properly sealed. Mylar balloons are also not biodegradable, as they are made from synthetic materials.
Delivery
You can select your desired delivery date at the checkout; however, due to the current circumstances, courier companies are overwhelmed and cannot 100% guarantee requested day delivery; therefore, we recommend selecting delivery of the balloons for the day prior to the date for any delays.
Stock Restrictions
While we work to ensure your products are exactly as advertise, there may be cases where very small changes are made to the balloon bouquet that you receive. Changes to the style of the bouquet will only be made if the team is happy with the overall look and feel the balloon bouquet matches as close as possible to the one ordered.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order
If you need to make any changes to your order, this can happen within an hour of you placing the order. Please email us with the request for changes.
Can I Return My Items
We are unable to accept returns of inflated orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer; therefore, it cannot be reused or resold.
Caring For Your Balloons
Our inflated balloons last up to 5-10 days depending on how the balloons are stored. Please do not leave the balloons inside the sealed box. Our balloons are designed for display and not to be used as a toy. The balloons need to be stored at room temperature in order to be in the best condition possible. You can leave the balloon bouquet in or outside the delivery box; however, we always advise double-checking the product when they arrive to ensure you are happy with the bouquet.
If you need to cancel your order, we are able to arrange this within 5 working days before the due date of your delivery. If cancellation happens outside of this window, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and a cancellation fee may apply due to the products being perishable.
My Item Was Faulty
Due to the nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All of our balloon bouquets are done by hand by a team of professionals and passionate balloon lovers who don't allow any items to leave our studio unless they are absolutely perfect. Should your ballloon bouquet end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture of your product within 24 hours of its arrival and we'll do all we can to rectify it. As our products are perishable, we are unable to issue discounts or refund if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 24 hours of arrival.
If part of your order arrives deflated, we will offer to send a replacement for this part of the order, if appropriate, or alternatively, we will issue a refund for the deflated balloon.
